Adobe Flash CS3 remains the best of the professional and practical vector tool software for creating Web pages. It contains lots of new features as well as its convenient improved integration with the other Adobe design tools made possible by Adobe’s merger with Macromedia.

Adobe Flash CS3 starts the same way as Dreamweaver does, making it easy from the start as it gives you the options to choose what kind of file to use (From Flash Files to Flash Projects) it also gives you the choice to select from templates files.

This new Flash version includes Templates that go from advertising and consumer devices to photo slideshows.

All of the templates can be easily edited and customized within Flash.

Flash CS3’s features interface changes include new Flash Palettes and new Drawing Tools.

You can stash Flash’s palettes, now called panels, in docks that have three modes: icon only, icon and name, or fully expanded.

Now you can draw with Bezier control points with the new Pen tool:

It also has two other new drawing options: The Rectangle and the Oval Tools:

There are also many improvements in ActionScript. Now it’s easy to convert timeline tween animations to ActionScript 3.0, so you can animate in a visual environment. Further, the new ActionScript debugger includes a Debug Console panel, a Variables panel, and an Output panel.

Flash CS3 also features improvements when you import videos, it gives you the opportunity to choose the video skin, which determines the appearance and position of the Play Controls:

Adobe Flash CS3 continues the fine quality you expect and is overall an excellent program. I consider it a MUST Have.
